The Topanga Lagoon Restoration Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) officially dropped on Feb. 12. The public can provide comments and feedback on the DEIR until April 12 at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Annenberg Community Beach House, 415 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica, is the public meeting, which will also be live-streamed on YouTube.
